We were moved to the Holiday Inn after a snafu at another hotel and could not be more pleased. Becky was at the desk both nights (11/7 and 11/8) and was extremely welcoming and helpful. The dark-haired woman who was at breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings (11/8 and 11/9) was very kind, offering suggestions for local attractions and ensuring we had everything we needed. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The hotel was perfect walking distance to everything in Helen, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone going!

Enjoyed our stay! Our room was a nice size, perfectly clean, with plenty of storage space for our belongings, and an extremely comfortable bed. The staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast bar had a good selection of hot and cold items. Delicious coffee and cookies a plus, too!
