We had a wonderful couple of days enjoying my birthday with my sisters. The house was clean and cozy. The weather took an unusual turn - from ac one day to heat and using fireplace the next. We were happy that all worked well. Very close to downtown, shopping, restaurants and thrift stores (our love). Only recommendations: hot water was too hot and would recommend leaving a few more towels. Other than that, it was great. Your advice for dinner was wonderful as were all of our meals. We loved having the winery so close and we loved putting a lock on the bridge. We will definitely tell our friends and we will be back!

Very spacious, clean and decently equipped kitchen. Furnishings spartan. Concern: online description did not show/mention approx. 20 outside stone steps to reach the unit which posed significant access difficulties for our party of seniors, as did lack of any handholds, rails or towel racks in bathrooms. AC did not work (repair person was called).

Just a place to sleep and nothing more. Many electrical issues throughout the house. Spent 20 minutes trying to turn on of the 3 lights near the stairs so I can go upstairs. Messaged the host and got this response, "You can line it up by putting one person at each light switch and flipping the switches to get it on:)". They put single pull switches all over the house so one switch controls the power and then you have to align other switches to get it to turn on. The outlet next to one bed didn't work so I had to charge my phone across the room. One TV remote didn't work.Vanity faucet was loose and not operating right. Hot water didn't last enough for two showers back to back.Place was dirty with asian beetles on the ground inside. Mold in one of the showers. Stains on the blinds. Won't be back.

This was a very quick trip for us- one night stay only. Host communication from start to finish was great. Location was nice- mostly walkable from downtown with only one big hill. Beds were super comfortable, honestly would rate this bed the best I’ve ever slept in any rental, which is very important to me. Areas of improvement: Showers didn’t drain, seating availability at dining table and in living room is for 4 when listing is for 6, TVs in bedroom didn’t turn on, and water in shower was either going to cause 3rd degree burns or frostbite hah. For the money, I’d say the value is there. But I also think a 1500 upgrade in a few extra chairs, a good plumber, and new TVs would make a big (easy) difference for renters moving forward.

Overall, it was a really good stay. The TV in the large, upstairs bedroom didn't work, and one side of the kitchen sink didn't drain. We did find half of a lemon?, lime?, hard to tell, lodged in the drain. After removing it, the sink still didn't drain. On the amazing side, the beds and the linens were phenominal!! Talk about comfy cozy!! The sofa in the living room was excellent. The size of the apartment and the comfort and privacy were so good. Hope we can stay there again!

Very dated property. Can opener didn’t work. TV in living area didn’t work. Wine opener very difficult to use. Bathrooms dirty. Porch full of spiders and cobwebs. Baseboards throughout dirty. Just did not feel like there was much effort in keeping the property updated.

The location was ideal and the place was set up perfectly for our family, all adults on this trip! Everyone having their own bathroom so we could all get ready for a wedding nearby was exceptionally helpful (though there were no towels in the main level bathroom, we just borrowed a couple from upstairs). The beds were comfortable, check in was a breeze, and the host James was very responsive, worked with us for an early check in, and made a staying at his place super easy! We would definitely stay here again if we need a place to stay.

The kitchen lacked in quite a few things, garbage depose did not work, no can opened that worked. No kitchen towels, not enough utensils for 6 people. TV in upstairs bedroom or wall socket bedroom did not work, only 1 hand towel in bathroom for two people. No bath mates for showers. No instructions for TV and then we lost internet when lots of people arrived for the weekend including the TV in the living room after I spoke with James. Disappointed

Porch was dirty with dead plant, mildew cushions and moldy musty smelling carpet. TV’s in bedrooms did not work, no bath mats, no tissues and only towels for one day. No mention in listing that it was on third floor. Only found out when final info was sent. Would never have rented if we knew steps were involved. Would not stay there again

This is a great condo for a family getaway. It has tons of space to spread out and we loved having a bathroom attached to all three bedrooms. The condo was clean and well-equipped and both check-in and out were smooth and easy. The location was perfect for us too, quiet and off the main strip but easy driving distance to everything we wanted to do.

Property was basically clean inside. Kitchen missing several essentials like enough serving places for six guests, dish cloths, cooking utensils. In bathrooms, missing bath mats, poor quality hand towels. Kuerig needs descaling. Need to restock tea and coffee options. Porch needs cleaning and additional seating. Light bulbs burned out in stairwell. The water throughout the property turned brown on our departure day.

Centrally located

We were very close to everything we wanted to do in Helen. We were right by the river for tubing, the mountain coaster, shops, and restaurants. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was an added bonus!
