Bathroom dirth. Trash on floor under sink. Hair from oneone shaving around sink and in sink. Mirrors firty and smeared. Not what i have found to be Wyndham to be. Very b disappointing.

Convenient location in Helena, close to lots of eateries, grocery store and gas stations. Had cookies upon arrival and pretty great breakfast spread in the morning. Easy and friendly to stay here with my small dog. Parking on site.

The room was standard and the bed itself was good but the water temperature never did get hot. So taking a bath was a miserable experience as the water never got above lukewarm.

Front desk personnel was curtious and welcoming. Hallway carpet had not been vacuumed and was dirty. Our room had a pile of hair behind the door of the bathroom and some in the tub. I called front desk and they said they would send someone to clean it. No one showed so I went and got a vacuum from the front desk and cleaned the bathroom and hallway in front of our room to outside door. Windows to outside in hallway and door were filthy with water stains and hand prints. I’ll never stay here again.

We arrived at 2:00pm and Melissa said the room would be ready at 3:00, so we came back at 3:10 and the room wasn’t ready until almost 4:00. Melissa just kept saying how they had a lot of late checkouts. Not what I wanted to hear, when I was tired of traveling. We went to breakfast at 8:20am and I asked Melissa for syrup because the bottle was empty and she said “Well that’s all we have.” She was not concerned to help at all. The ice machine was broken and the spa was not working. The second morning we went to breakfast early at 6:35 and they were already out of biscuits to have with the gravy. The carpet in the hallways was horrible.
