This is a very nice hotel. Check-in was easy peasy, we each received a warm chocolate cookie. They also have an allergy free cookie option. Our room was clean and spacious, and the king bed was delightful. Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it.

Shower wouldn't drain. Toilet had to be flushed several times. Pillows hard as a rock. A/C didn't work. This place has been going downhill for some time. The price is not acceptable for the quality of the stay.

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Helena. The room was spacious and clean but we found the stairwells and pool area to be unkempt. Food crumbs all over the floor and dingy pool water were unappealing.

I paid for the breakfast through Expedia, the front desk said they didn't have it on their computer. I said it was on my phone I can show you on my phone, but the front desk said I would have to get with Expedia and at that point I was like screw it. I probably will never stay there again.

I was surprised and disappointed that the bed linens had an artificial, man-made fragrance. Most hotels use fragrance-free detergents to wash their bed linens and towels.

This property is amazing for the location if you want authentic downtown Helena. It has some struggles with the maintenance; elevators struggled, doors didn’t close/open, the AC didn’t work properly, and the mini fridge (smart fridge) was a struggle to get to work. Staff were amazing and very helpful!

We always stay here when looking for a night in Helena for some exceptional dining. This is set in the middle of some great dining and the hotel is always quiet, clean and the staff are great.
