This was our second stay here and it will be our last. If you wanted a bath the shower would be leaking like a fountain. We had to request for our room to be cleaned and in their little cards it mentions cleaning up the kitchen wouldn’t even touch it (clean dishes would just stack up) breakfast was not good at all, thank god for the waffle maker and cereal for the kids.

This was our second stay at Home2Suites in Helena, and it was great. The rooms are spacious, check-in is easy, the people that work there are friendly, and the free breakfast is very good. We would stay again.

Overall the hotel was fine. Beds are comfortable for the most part, pillows are super soft so that was an issue and it also said house keeping would come every other day and we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. Breakfast was fine if you got there early or it was slim pickings and not very good protein options, had a fruit bowl but didn’t seem like the fruit was picked through often. Staff was fine (extra friendly when management paid a visit then back to normal)

Breakfast was not exciting - small choices. The area was unkept during breakfast. The design of food containers and counter made very difficult for retrieving food therefore food was landing on the floor in front of counters. Service gentleman was not cleaning counter off or the floor during breakfast operation. We did like the fact that laundry service was free as we had to use the washing machine and dryer. Most hotels still require you to use quarters. Hallways on the floors were very narrow.

The rooms are very nice. Large, spacious room with a small kitchnette type area. The two beds and sofa fold out was perfect for my family. The breakfast was AMAZING! Lots of selections-my family raved about it! Would definitely stay again!
