Everything was fine, but the cleaning was missing

The hotel was beautiful, the service was great, the location was amazing for me, who went to work at the Messukeskus, and the breakfast was delicious. But the cleaning was disappointing. I arrived, and the low table was full of breadcrumbs, the night table had a raisin, and in both beds I found long hairs. The tables stayed like that until I left, despite the bed was made every day.

Loistava sijainti meille. Hotellihuoneen TV toimi huonosti, ei pystynyt käyttämään. Kaksi yötä oltiin ja toisena päivänä huonekortit lakkasi toimimasta, saatiin kyllä heti respasta apu. Erinomainen aamupala, siisti ja hyvä huone.
