Hotel is right next to the central train station of Helsinki. It is very convenient for sightseeing. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, sauna and gym. Staff was extremely helpful: we had forgot airPods in the room and they found them and passed to our friends. Really appreciated!

Very comfortable, exceptionally quiet and very cool architecture. Conveniently located right at the train station with connections to get all over Helsinki. A very nice buffet breakfast with lots of options. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Horrible stay and horrible hotel in all my travels

Only good thing to say is that it is in a great location. Let’s start: There’s no one to help you with your luggage at The entrance you have to climb 14 steps. They dad there’s a ramp. Good luck finding it and opening the door. There’s no phone in the room. I had a health emergency and I had to walk all the way out in pouring rain to find a taxi. Housekeeping is horrible. They left one bath towel when there are two people staying. And of course no phone to call front desk to get an extra towel. Check out: Nobody asked how the stay was. Bill was wrong. They didn’t bill me for breakfast. Never staying in this hotel again.

Edifício clássico muito interessante embora por vezes pareça difícil navegar pelos enormes corredores, talvez com sinalética pouco apropriada. Optamos por um quarto "superior" de boa qualidade com espaço e muito boas condições. Áreas comuns do hotel excelentes. Bom pequeno almoço, embora caro. Bar do hotel desaconselhado no serviço e na oferta.
