The room itself was decent but the space heater they had in the room for it's only source of heat didn't even knock the chill off much less keep the room warm. The floor was damp to the touch when we checked in. The front door which was actually a closet door had at least an half inch gap most of the way around it so even if it was an exterior door like it was supposed to be it still wouldn't of held any heat in. Everything in the bathroom including the toilet was backed up after one use and thehot water in the shower didn't last ten minutes if that.
Its a great place if ur on the run or out of town working construction . Id stay there again . But if you like to bend the rules or you tryin to make a few dollars on the cuff u may wanna reconsider. Staff is very strict they will put u
I did not make it past the check-in process. Waited at the door with no response, went back to my car to call and let the staff know i was at the property and trying to check in. A man answered the phone very rudely then hung up on me. They should not be able to treat people this way but, i guess it will continue to happen because i am not getting a refund. So as long as they get paid for treating people like this it will continue to happen. I got a room up the road. This is just not okay. Hope it gets resolved because its not fun to pay for a room thats not being utilized
I was checking in the staff member is lecturing me just like I was a prisoner going into prison: No visitors without registering them, alcohol on premises, driver's license needs to stay on the counter until I am finished lecturing about the regulations, on and on!
Was absolutely horrible when I checked in guy at the desk kept saying I couldnât have anyone else in my room couldnât have no one come hang out with me in my room and that if I wanted to spend time with anyone I had to do it away from the hotel made it seem like I was their for prostitution and etc when I was only there to stay for a night before finishing my trip. Completely unprofessional treatment.
