We loved everything about this unique hotel. The Godwin floor tiles are simply superb, but the 'traditional' feel to the hotel adds to the charm. Terrific value, and we will be back.

Cool building, cute room, friendly staff. The bed was a bit too soft for our taste, but comfy otherwise. The shower pressure was very low and the water didn't get very hot. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant bar downstairs but it looked cosy and smelled great.

A great quirky hotel.

A great find with lovely welcoming staff who were very busy. Nothing was too much trouble either. The evening meal we had at the pub was basic but tasty. There was a lovely complimentary breakfast too.

Wonderful place to stay

Loved the hotle and bar. An amazing carving outside of a dragon emerging from a tree..local wye valley beers were great..no food being seeved but a good fish and chip shop nesrby which you could bring back to yhe bar area
