The Residenz Bismarck is a modern apartment villa built in 2006 in the Bismarckstraße only 100 meters from the beach and a short walk from the center of Ahlbeck. It is located in a quiet location (one-way street) in the immediate vicinity of old villas of the resort architecture. The apartment house offers guests many amenities: an elevator, an underground car park (up to 1.90m high), a bicycle storage behind the house and a private sauna with solarium for a fee.
