It has a combo room with a double bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave. The separate living area with comfortable seating is located in the closed, glazed porch, from which you have direct access to the large garden area and the terrace. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The apartment has a private beach chair on the beach access right in front of the Villa Germania, which you can use free of charge from May to September. A parking space is available on the property free of charge and your bicycles can also be accommodated on the property in a separate storage room. All apartments in the Villa Germania have password-protected DSL-WLAN Internet access (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and device). A washing machine, a dryer and the sauna area with relaxation room can be used for a fee (coins).
