Wonderful Property, Beautiful Sunrises

Four generations of family from age 3 to 83 gathered at Perfect Point to enjoy the 1st week of 2025. The spaciousness of the house is impressive, especially the primary suite. Beds and linens were comfy. Kitchen well stocked with supplies needed for family meals. The back yard view of the lake and moss covered trees is beautiful. Viewing the night sky from the dock was awww inspiring. Management company was friendly and responsive. Loved our visit and hope to return again some day soon.

Great size and location

Perfect size for 8 adults, beds comfy. Expect only 1 towel per person. Water not suitable for drinking, by my standards. Water pressure is low but doable. One side kitchen sink did not drain . the dishwasher unusable as it was filled with water. Could be great rental except plumbing situation.

Wonderful Lakefront Home

This home had everything we were looking for. Plenty of space to enjoy cooking together, eating together at the nice large dining table, playing games inside and out in the yard, kayaking, paddleboard, and if we weren't so tired from our adventures we would have enjoyed the firepit too. We were able to enjoy quality time together and everyone had their own space in their bedroom as well. The location is very convenient. It was a an easy drive to Crystal River to go scalloping. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer than the weekend. We hope to return next year.

Relaxing Oasis

The pictures are very accurate. This place is beautiful, big and so relaxing. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with more then you'll need. The bedrooms are very big. The master bathroom is huge. I just can't say enough great things about every aspect of this home. The lanai, backyard, and dock are well maintained, and we actually got to see so many stars. We were able to relax, which was our main goal. We only seen one alligator at a distance. There are so many great restaurants. Rainbow River was a 27-minute drive. It's so natural and something you don't see every day. We will definitely be back.

Lovely weekend getaway

Perfect Point was perfect indeed. Beautiful, clean with plenty of space to spread out. The best feature is the pier and dock over the lake with amazing views. We had a great view of the Perseid meteor showers from the dock each night. Highly recommend this property!

The house was amazing!! It's located in a very quiet area surrounded by nature and lake in the back. We enjoyed the kayaking and making smores by the fire pit so much! House itself was decorated nice and cozy. Owner was very communicable and efficient. Can't wait to be back next time!

Absolutely Perfect!!

We were looking for a place to stay while visiting family nearby and stumbled upon this gem. From the moment we entered the home we knew it would be perfect! The home was spotless, the layout is wonderful, the beds were so comfortable, and the backyard is pure paradise! We plan to stay here from now on when we come to visit.

Gorgeous lakeside home!

Pictures do not do this place justice. The home is really beautiful. So spacious and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and that master bedroom was really WOW! The yard is lovely, with lots of space and comfortable places to sit and enjoy the view of the lake. We really enjoyed the kayaks, and communication with Bev and Stacy was excellent. The home had everything you needed, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which was a nice touch :) They even had cards, dominoes, and other games available. Check out rules were reasonable, as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality. We felt home away from home.

Extravagant Home

Perfect Point did not disappoint!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and decided to make it a quick vacation. The home was a great place to rest and recharge before heading back to the field. We didn't have a lot of time to spend in the kayaks but we did take them out. Perfect place to appreciate Florida nature. The house is amazing and has everything you'll need. Family Getaway

We had a wonderful family getaway with my husband and three children! We went to the springs and this home is perfectly located near several springs. Many restaurants and shops close by which was very convenient. The home is very comfortable, beautiful and spacious; the kitchen and living area are spectacular! Beautiful Home

The home is everything my family and I needed. With 8 adults and a baby we had plenty of space. Even more beautiful than in the photos. We enjoyed the fire pit when we had a gender reveal for my son and daughter-in-law and enjoyed fishing off the dock and in the kayaks. Would definitely be interested in staying here again.

Sister Reunion at the Lake House

While we experienced some unfortunate circumstances at check in, the owner of this property went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our stay was top notch! What a beautiful space on this peaceful part of the lake!!! Great little restaurants to eat in Inverness and we enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit! Fun vaca location!
