The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not use most amenities (pool and gym for example) but saw them in passing and they looked great as well. My only note is that the doors are heavy and not very sound proof. (Loud slamming doors and a nearby ice machine could be clearly heard). While only a minor inconvenience, it is something that could disrupt light sleepers and those with small kiddos. Even with this in mind, proximity to Hersheypark, kindness of staff, and cleanliness and comfort of the room is worth they stay.

Solid, clean place to stay.

Clean with good service. Pool was clean. Plenty of food choices within walking distance. Complimentary breakfast was good; had the waffles (with toppings) and juice. A bit hectic with all the families but manageable.

Great location for Hershey trip

Perfect for our stay for our Hershey park trip. Within walking distance to dinner and breakfast the next morning. Very safe and family friendly

We stayed in a queen double room which is a little outdated. The temperature wouldn’t regulate and you were either too hot or too cold. The sheets were thin so you didn’t have and option for a comforter. The bathroom caulking and around the shower handle had a lot of mildew that was building up. The carpets in the elevator were dirty every time we went to use it. It definitely needs more attention to detail to be clean and comfortable.
