Initial check in was easy and the front desk lady was extremely polite. Upon checking out was a different story. The lady that checked us out 9/8/25 9:00 am was rude and generally unpleasant. Because of her rudeness alone I will never be booking at this specific Hampton ever again. its sad because everyone else working there was really professional and polite.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey during our trip to Hersheypark because it was very affordable. The hotel was very clean, and breakfast was included with a lot of options, which was a big plus. The only downsides were that the room felt a little outdated, the shower drain was clogged so the water didn’t drain properly, and there was some loud pipe noise at night that was pretty annoying. Other than that, everything else was good and it was a convenient, budget-friendly stay.

The laziest housekeeping staff. Never changed our sheets or towels during our 3 day stay. When asked to do so, they left 2 towels on our table and went home for the day. They never took away the dirty towels on the floor nor changed the sheets. They didn’t even make the beds. Pretty sad that management hasn’t reached out after 2 weeks.
