We we pleasantly surprised at this spot in Morganton! We were in town for my daughter's wedding. The owner was so nice and hospitable! The hotel was being updated but our room was spotless and the bed was awesome! Would recommend to any traveler!

The strong smell of the cleaning agent was still present in the room when we checked in. It was overwhelming. I appreciate the desire to show the room was clean, but it was beyond what was comfortable

Room we checked into was terrible. 201. Smelled, cockroach on the bed. Pillow case dirty, either red lipstick, or blood. We complained to front desk and them moved us to another room which was fine.
