The hotel is lovely, the food is delicious but the area is not the best. It is difficult to get anywhere touristy because it’s far from the downtown area. Also, the buildings around it are run down and empty. The bus station is near and so is the hospital. Other than the location, we loved staying at Los Arcos. It’s safe, beautiful, comfortable and the food is awesome.

No había agua caliente

Fue una mala experiencia pues no había agua caliente, desde 745 am hable a la recepcion y me comento que estaban todos los calentadores prendidos que abriera las llaves y saldría caliente, nuevamente marque a las 800 am ya que seguía sin salir caliente, hasta las 845 fue una persona de mantenimiento a la habitación, verifico que no salía agua caliente Dijo que abriria una llave de paso, nuevamente abrimos las llaves y nunca salió caliente. Finalmente nos tuvimos que ir así ya que teníamos prisa. Nunca me solucionaron nada. Pésimo servicio
