The pretty village of Mark is situated in the heart of the beautiful Somerset Levels, and is criss-crossed by long watery rhynes, which drain the wetlands for pasture, aiding the production of fine Somerset cheese. The village boasts an ancient church, built in honour of St Mark, as well as excellent walking and cycle paths, and a variety of rare species of birds, making it a haven for twitchers!
