Seagate of Highland is a 55+ community boasting private docks, it's own private gated beach with lots of beach chairs for your comfort. 2 heated pools, a gracious clubhouse with a fitness center, billiard room, shuffle board courts, putting greens, bar b que area and tables for outdoor dining, even a separate area for cigar smokers! Fish right from the docks with includes cleaning stations for your catch No short term rentals. Minimum rental is 60 days
