I've been staying there for 3 years and the hotel is ina state of constant incomplete renovation. Pictures have been replace but mounting holes of prior ones are still present. There was mold in shower. Shower drain was heavily corroded (old?) yet tile and fixtures looked recent

We are locals born and raised on Oahu and will never come again. We waited an over an hour for an order of poke and a salad. Poke wasn’t fresh and came with rice(?) which was undercooked. With 2 drinks came out to $73. Room was extremely noisy with constant loud running water noise, ac controller didn’t work, sink faucet fell apart and housekeeping didn’t answer our call for extra pillows. On top of everything, some kid pulled the fire alarm and the whole hotel had to evacuate down the stairwell and wait outside - then walk all the way back up since the elevators weren’t working. Probably our worst stay anywhere, ever. Terrible value for the cost.

Hotel showing it's age.

The room needed work. Toilet paper holder was broken. No electricity in the bathroom. Stayed 2 nights with no room service. The restaurant was great. Kane was our server who was excellent. Main reason we came back the second night to eat there. Did not like valet service only. Had trouble one time finding our keys.

The room felt old, the bathroom was odd with a window in it to look in the bedroom. The toilet was similar to a lublic bathroom which made the some experience feel cheap. It was very bright at night if someone was in it. Not having self park is asinine.

Whilst a lovely hotel, it's rather limited in facilities for a 4* hotel with a sizeable resort fee. Some things need updating like the menu on their website vs reality. The onsite convenience store closes quite early but is limited. Their were only a handful of sun loungers out and some you have to pay for.

Nice view behind hotel. Rooms outdated. Waited an hour for a room that ended up not being what I booked. I booked a king bed, ocean view with lanai. I got a room with 2 queen beds and a view of the roof and solar panels. They did give me a room with a better view but I paid for a king room and got a double queen room, so I still didn’t get what paid for.
