Very limited hours for the hotel restaurant and bar. You can’t even get a coffee after 930am. Overall, very low attention to service and hospitality. Rooms cleaned every other day and if you need fresh towels you have to request them at the front desk and they *might* have them. Very poor temperature control in the rooms. And the room was always damp. Often had issues running hot water in the bathroom.

The hotel is centrally located, we parked the car and walked everywhere. Rooms are clean, staff very courteous and helpful. We also liked the rooftop bar. We didn’t use the pool, lots of room at the bar area . We had a great time.

Erica found us a nice room away from the elevator per requested. We thought the hotel was great! Beds comfy. We did not especially like that breakfast could not be included, but we found a diner we loved not far. Overall, nice hotel and staff!!

Stayed in Hilton head for St. Patrick’s Day parade. Unfortunately, it was canceled due to bad weather, but this location is central to everything, beach, shopping, restaurants, park across the street. Easy walking, quiet and loved the rooftop bar, despite it very pricey.
