Wonderful Beach Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 6! Clean, welcoming, fully stocked kitchen, large pool, garage filled with beach gear and bikes, easy walk to the beach, a quick bike ride to the tennis/pickle ball courts and centrally located in Palmetto Dunes! Danny’s communication was excellent, especially with us renting last minute. He prepared us well for our time at the house and on the island!! We will definitely stay here again!

24 Mooring Buoy

The house was nicely decorated and clean. We appreciated all the toys and beach supplies provided. There are issues with the hump in the hardwood floor that runs the width of the house causing one of the children to fall and an adult to lose their balance. The kitchen was well equipped even though it was small for 10 guests

Overall a really great place. The location is fabulous
.really short walk to the beach, General Store, tennis/pickleball facilities! The bikes, wagon, chairs, toys provided by the owner were a really nice amenity. The only thing we had issues with was that the outdoor furniture was old and tired. Only 2 comfortable chairs. And the pool area needs some type of umbrellas or other form of shade. There is absolutely no afternoon shade rendering the pool area unusable unless you are in the water. Even still, we highly recommend the home and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay, I think the only thing I would have enjoyed more, is the pool being cleaned more often. With the falling tree leaves and debris, we had to do it ourselves, which was hard to scrap the bottom. The lighting was out, and the back deck lights were very dim, so that made it night swimming difficult. Danny explained this will be fixe din the future. The screen door was hard to open and close, but that too was not enough to not make us love our stay. Otherwise, we have no complaint, the heated pool was great. The space was wonderful, and we had everything we needed! If we go back to HHI, we would stya again!

Great house near the beach

This was our fifth time staying in Hilton Head and we love staying along Mooring Buoy in Palmetto Dunes. The house was as advertised within a 3 minute walk to the beach. It was perfectly set up for our family of 6 plus grandparents. Also, we requested to have the pool heated with the cooler temps and the water was perfectly warm for the kids to swim at any time of day or night. Danny was also very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Very nice house in excellent location

This was our third stay at this house in the last 5 years. House was very clean and nicely furnished. Danny is both a proactive and responsive host. Bikes and numerous beach chairs are a big plus. Great location - just 1 property away from a very quiet street that leads to the beach.

Perfectly positive experience. The owner has thought of everything. Home is beautiful. Beds are comfortable and room for everyone to relax. Pool is great size and so fun for the family. Beach is private and clean and a two minute walk. All is perfect.

Great house in great location

Great location with quick and easy access to ocean. Pool on property’s plus. Quality grocery shopping very close. This house was just the right size and lay out for 7 adults and three children. We will return.

We’ve stayed in this very nice house before and were happy to return. The pool arrangement for young children is great since you can easily see them in the pool from the kitchen and family room. We also like the proximity to the General Store.

Another AMAZING stay!

This was our second time staying at the house. Danny was a wonderful host - always quick to respond and so kind to our family. The house was very clean, all the sheets & towels were new and very nice. You can’t beat the location 
 we biked for breakfast at the General Store, steps to the beach, close to the Dunes bar for a casual bite to eat. And coming back to the pool after a long day at the beach was heaven! So peaceful and relaxing. Just perfect. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful Oasis on HH

Overall - truly fantastic and perfect for families! We absolutely LOVED it. And Danny is a world class host. Some notes so you can be best prepared for a successful stay: 1) bring beach towels / pool towels if you can; 2) the cleaners didn't supply enough dishwashing detergent, trash bags, and paper towels so we struggled with that; 3) I recommend you have the pool heated if you're in a colder season - our kids were in it everyday and it was so worth it; 4) bike rental folks will pick up your bikes on the last day - Danny has a few adult bikes so confirm what's in the garage before you reserve; 5) we did a lot of remote work and the internet was great (I took meetings on the patio!); 6) have a plan for rainy days; 7) the beach access is easy and AWESOME, take advantage!

We throughly enjoyed our stay on Mooring Buoy! The house was large enough to make us a group of 7 not feel on top of each other. We loved having use of the pool and close walking distance to the beach. The house was super clean. Our host, Danny was on top of EVERYTHING!! We can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful Home and Surroundings

The house was beautiful, the pool was well heated and the gorgeous beach was steps away. The host was very responsive and on top of things. It’s apparent he wants everything to be right. We couldn’t ask for anything more.
