The home was comfortable and roomy enough. We enjoyed our time there. House exterior could use a good power wash. Disappointed that the deck was not completely usable. Definitely in need of repair.

Absolutely loved our family vacation in this beautiful spacious home. Loved waking up to those spectacular views every morning. Extremely family friendly. Gorgeous quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach was a hit for all of us. Newly built pool was a cherry on top! Responsive hosts. We had everything we needed and more! Already planning our next trip to HH island and would stay here again. Thank you.

Great home for a family. Young adults all had their space. Enjoyed our stay. The pool was a nice addition (but will need to clean the leaves and debris out frequently). Wish we would have stayed longer.

Perfect location and house for our needs

This house is gorgeous. Quiet setting. Pretty views in the back. Quick and very pleasant walk to the beach. Palmetto Dunes is wonderful. Queen mattress a little hard and uncomfortable. That’s our only complaint.

Unresponsive Hosts to Disruptive Maintenance

On Tuesday, May 6th there was maintenance being conducted on the HVAC/pool system for several hours. This entailed constant drilling and hammering all afternoon. We were not informed this was going to happen and the noise disrupted our plans for that afternoon. IF we had known, we could have adjusted our schedule. I emailed the host letting them know and requesting a half day credit due to the hours of noise. I received no response. The house was lovely and we would love to give a five star review but unless this situation is resolved, we will not.

Quiet Getaway

Property is amazingly spacious. More than enough room. Large living and dining areas make it possible for small groups to separate and play cards, do puzzles, eat and watch tv all at the same time. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Amazing Family Vacation!!

This trip was for my family and my sister’s family, 11 of us total
7 of which are kids ranging from 8-18. The house was absolutely beautiful! It slept everyone very comfortably! We got to enjoy our morning coffee on the back deck, afternoon barbecues, and the proximity to the beach was perfect! My sister can stay at the beach all day but my family requires a short break from the sun
the fact that it is a quick 5 min walk back to the house made it so easy to accommodate both of us! Would definitely recommend and would absolutely return!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head at this house. The house was very clean and spacious for our family. It was a short walk to the beach and we loved being able to ride our bikes on the bike trails. We did have an issue with the air conditioner our second night there and within an hour a repairman was there to fix it. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful setting and community.

We loved the layout and spaciousness of the home. Decor and supplies were a bit scant. For example, no salt and pepper and linens were limited to one washcloth per person for a five night stay. Bare bones, but we managed. The screened in porch, deck out back and view were enjoyed by all!

Excellent Place to Stay

The house was great and proximity to the beach an easy walk. I recommend this highly. The only issue was with the property manager. The password provided in the welcome packet for the WiFi access was incorrect, and when called for assistance, he responded rudely and was not helpful. We resolved the issue ourselves.

Family Vacay

We went on a family vacation and we enjoyed our stay here. We were a group of 9 and we had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. There were a few issues such as the garbage disposal not working, the back door doesn’t lock, and one of the TVs in the bedroom didn’t work but other than that, the stay was great. The walk to the beach is longer than 4 mins (possibly because of wagons and a young child) but not a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect location for beach time!

This house is located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner had bikes to use as well as beach chairs, boogie board and a buggy to get it all to the beach. We had my family of 8 staying at the house and my sister and her family of 5 would come over in the evenings for dinner and hanging out. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves.

Only problems

The smoke detects waked us up a couple of nights in the wee hour of the morning and a couple of times doing the day. There should be at least two wash cloths for each person. other than that we loved the place and had a great time.

This location was wonderful. Beautiful home and neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Very spacious home. Loved having the bikes, wagon and beach chairs. The book with food recommendations was very helpful and we tried several. We would love stay again. Did not want to leave.
