Family Vacation

We had 14 people with ages from 18 months to 81 years old. Property was perfect for multi generation vacation. Clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. Located on a great street just steps to beach access park and close to many Hilton Head attractions. Great time in a great house.

Hilton Head Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at 41 Bradley Beach. We had 12 of us ages infant -age 59. We had plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the kids enjoyed their pool time! We liked that we could walk to the playground and beach. Thanks for letting us enjoy our vacation in your beautiful home!

Great Family Getaway

This house was perfect, both location wise with a short walk to the beach, and set up-wise for multiple families. The pool was the perfect size for the younger kids who aren't ready for the ocean yet. The house was spotless, and we encountered no issues with any electronics. Well'stocked kitchen.

Nice house but


The only repair we requested was to fix the tv. Guy came over but tv still didn't work and did not work all week. We could stream movies but not watch programs. This is awfully expensive. Choose a hotel instead. I would not rent a house like this again.

The only issue I had was our rental bikes were to allowed on the wooden boardwalk leading down to the beach (limited bike access to the beach) and there were limited bike trails away from the 4 lane main access roads. Other than that, we had a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout is fantastic and the location can't be beat. Overall it was a little grungy- lots of dust and in need of a paint job. The furniture is dated, but comfortable. The kitchen is stocked super well- we had everything we could possibly need. Two big things - the pool pump or AC unit (or some other loud machine) made a whining sound when running. It made it nearly impossible to sit outside. And it would be incredibly nice to have a garage door opener or code- you have to go up through the upstairs entrance and back down to open the garage door to park- very inconvenient. Overall it was a great stay- it just felt a little pricey for something that isn't updated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our home was beautiful on the inside. Great space for our party of 9. On the outside was a totally different story! We had a swamp like area that was starting when we got there, the more rain we got the worse the water rose. It was a breeding ground for mosquitos. Our pool was disgusting. The pool guy pulled up and left the day we arrived and didn't touch it. We spoke to maintenance on Sunday, called on Tuesday and was told that it was just discolored lining. No it was piles of leaves and dead frogs floating for days. When it was finally cleaned, we sprayed not only our bodies but also the area around us for bugs but with the water it never helped.

Great experience!

This property was great, quiet street close to everything and exactly as described. We had a couple small things come up with the house and the management company was on top of it immediately even though it was a holiday weekend. Would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay

A rough week

We expected for the $ a clean home in good repair. We found a broken deck stair marked by a pool noodle but no sign saying "broken". The pool has brown stains and did not look inviting so we never used it. The showers had mildewy curtains, fixtures and caulking. If they were properly cleaned then perhaps they would have noticed the crack in the bottom of the tub. We lost the use of that for the week. The property location to the beach was perfect and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Great vacation!

Perfect house for our vacation. The app made everything so easy. We rented a wagon, chairs and an umbrella, which were delivered to and picked up from the house. 2 houses in from the beach parking lot.

The only issue I had was the trash service as it did not pick up after a missed trash service and 2 separate calls for pick up. Wouldn't have been much of a big deal but a critter got into it and strung it through the yard so we had to clean up.
