Almost Perfect 


This property is simply gorgeous - the decor is just as pictured and the view can’t be beat! We loved the short walk to the beach. This unit is quiet and well-stocked with arrival essentials. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable as well. Our family of 5 adults truly enjoyed it. HOWEVER 
. This wasn’t the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed at. There were crackers and what we think was part of a child’s toy under the couch, for example. I also think the kitchen could have been supplied better. There were limited pots and pans that made cooking for even our small group difficult. Overall, it was a lovely property that we will consider again. But at this price point, it should be clean and better equipped, in my opinion.

Incredible views, very comfortable condo

We have a great stay and loved the views and the porches. The swimming pools were very nice. Unbeatable location, right on the beach with the general store just a mile away. Fun for kids to ride bike to store. Can’t wait to return!

The Pearl of Palmetto Dunes

Absolutely perfect week at the beach and it started the second we walked through the front door. The unit is huge, immaculate and the views are magical. Well appointed with all that we needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The grounds are pristine and the pool was perfect. This will always be our go to in Hilton Head!

Family Vacation

We had an awesome vacation. Been coming to HH for over 40 years and our villa was perfect for the six of us. Th kids room was down a hall and they loved the bunk beds. They took turns to decide who would sleep on top. The view every day was just what we needed to unwind after a busy year. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine was a great way to end the day. The villa ‘s furnishing were upscale and contemporary. We’d love to return next summer.

Location! Location! Location!

Let me begin by saying we had a wonderful 2 week stay at this property. The location is second to none with an amazing view of the ocean from most of the condo. The community itself is very well maintained and the pools are very nice and clean. We had a couple of issues and had to contact property management and their responsiveness was on point. They answered my text right away and took care of the issues expeditiously!! The condo itself is nice and clean and the bedding is awesome!! However, I do feel the unit could use some updating. The dishwasher hasn’t been installed correctly and is basically pushed back into the space it belongs and doesn’t fit properly ~ an eyesore for sure. The master bath is dated and the shower and the toilet area really need some attention. This is a high end rental and I feel the bar should be held at a higher standard, so I did take a star away for these issues. Once these matters are taken care of, the property will definitely deserve 5 stars all around!!

Great Communication with Property Manager

Enjoyed our stay at Hampton Place. The property manager was responsive and remedied a small issue in the unit immediately upon arrival. We were able to get in the unit early and all questions asked to the Manager were responded to quickly. The unit does not have any items for beach, pool, biking, wagon, chairs, beach towels etc. It would of been nice to have extra items for the children to use at the beach. I ended up ordering items off Amazon and had them shipped to the unit. We flew so we were unable to pack a lot of items and we knew we had to bring beach towels(disclosed in listing) so they took up a lot of space in our luggage, other than that unit was nice!

Oceanfront Anniversary

Outstanding house and location. We really enjoy the beach and the view from both balconies were amazing! Amenities and appliances were top-notch. Easy locations of great seafood restaurants. We definitely will consider this home in the future. Love it!

Tremendous location and view

Our family of five--mom, dad, 19 year old son, 17 year old daughter and 15 year old daughter--spent a week here and had a blast. The three bedrooms and three full bathrooms worked out very well, the well stocked kitchen worked out very well, and we enjoyed morning coffee while looking out at the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The condo is spacious, clean and well suited for a family or small group. Parking in the underneath garage or in the attached outside lot was easy and convenient. The best aspect of the rental is the location, on the top floor of an oceanfront five-story building with windows and balconies overlooking the beach.

Great Experience

This property was exactly as described and more. It is beautifully updated with great beds and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed both the condo and the property (pool and oceanfront beach). We spent the days walking the beach, relaxing by the pool and enjoying our relaxation time in the condo. The condo was clean and beautiful with spectacular views. It will be on our list of places to stay at again!!
