Private and convenient condo

Proximity to the beach and pool is very nice. It’s close enough to walk but far enough to keep some of those vacation lbs off. The way these condos are built creates a feeling of privacy and seclusion. As well, the interior is laid out so that everyone has their own private area. One concern is that the master bedroom seems to stay about 5° warmer than the rest of the condo. We realized about halfway through the vacation that if you give everyone else in the condo an extra blanket and keep the doors to the master open, it’s tolerable. Appliances in mechanicals All worked well. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous property and location

Overall, this house is perfect! It is gorgeous. From the lagoon view in the back to the quick walk to the beach and pool, the location cannot be beat! The only 2 things is that the master bedroom does not get cool. We had a really hot week and that bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the house. And I cook a lot on vacation and would have preferred a few more mixing bowls and pots and pans but definitely not a big deal. We will definitely be back!!!

Family vacation

The location is great! Deck overlooking lagoon 5 stars. The condo is fine
dated, some appliance issues. Beds are comfortable as are the couches in LR. The rugs are worn and uncomfortable underfoot. We had a very nice stay and the management agency is super responsive and helpful. Would stay again in a unit that has been updated.

Great 3 bedroom unit with perfect location

We loved this 3 bedroom unit. We used both pools and beach access locations and having those amenities across the street were one of the main reasons we chose this rental. Each bedroom had a TV with streaming services and its own bathroom. We found the separation between bedrooms to be great as well because you never felt like you were too close to the other guests. The kitchen is well appointed and we spent a lot of time on the rear deck enjoying the wildlife and water view. Palmetto Dunes was convenient to both shopping and dining and the unit was within walking distance of kayak and bike rentals which was another big perk. We would definitely book this again.

Great Spot

We all loved this townhouse and felt the size was perfect to give us all some breathing room (two adults, two teenagers). It is a short walk to beach, absolutely spotless, cool, and very quiet at night. The downsides were only that the bare minimum was provided in terms of soaps (dishwashing/ washing detergent) and no tea or any other packaged consumable kitchen amenities (coffee excluded) were provided (I.e. stick of butter, napkins, packaged sugar, etc). The back deck was absolutely glorious in morning but no umbrella so far too hot in afternoon/evening. The walls, kitchen and bathrooms are showing their age but everything was very clean and usable so not really an issue. We would recommend this place to our friends!

Flexible Location.

Well appointed condo. We enjoyed both the lagoon behind our condo and easy access (3-4 minute walk) to the beach and pool. Everything worked well for our family of six. Would recommend this accommodation.

Great location, floor plan and amenities

The property is well located for access to golf, pickleball, beach and biking- everything we were looking for. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for our family size. We enjoyed the pleasant outdoor space by the waterway and the abundance of natural light in the unit. The kitchen with adjacent washer and dryer were very usable and was well stocked. The included amenities were a nice addition. We enjoyed our stay and would look to stay there again.

This property is exactly as described. We loved the location, the size and features of the rental. It was well stocked. The patio in back is incredibly peaceful. We were so surprised at the wildlife on the water that made our morning coffee or cocktail before dinner on the patio amazing. The only thing we missed as a family in this location is a BBQ.

Amazing location and beautiful property!

WOW, what a spot! We spent a family thanksgiving here with two families and there was plenty of room as well as a very convenient and quiet location. The beds were great and the finishes within the unit were great. Would definitely stay here again!

A nice getaway

We had a great stay. The villa was as described on vrbo. It was an easy walk to the beach and other amenities at palmetto dunes. My kids loved being able to fish right in the backyard.

Perfect for a getaway

The villa was ideal for what we were looking for in a beach getaway. Private beach access, two pools and a great deck out back for enjoying coffee made it even better. It's close enough to amenities while still feeling secluded enough for relaxing.

Great Location!

We loved our week stay in Palmetto Dunes! The bike rides, short walk to the beach, the general store, and tennis courts were wonderful! The location was beautiful with a great view of the water from the back deck. Quiet area with great amenities.

We loved the location as it was right down from our friends house that we were visiting. Place is nice but not as nice as the pictures. Had a few issues with cleanliness of bedding, floors, and general messiness. Would consider staying here again next year but would probably look elsewhere. Management was very nice.

Beautiful and Peaceful place!!!

This property was absolutely beautiful. Really met our overall expectations. Location of the property was perfect; short walking distance to the beach and walking or bike ride distance to all amenities offered in the community. The villa was nice and clean especially during these COVID times. The only small issue we had was that the sofa bed had no sheets or covers provided however we contacted the property manager and they immediately resolved it. Other than that it was all perfect. Would highly recommend this villa and would most definitely rent again.
