Gut: Sauberkeit
I'm giving this a very honest review. The house is as described. The beds are moderately comfortable. The home is extremely spacious, more so than in the pictures. The communication was not good. They are contracted with a property management company based out of Central America. The code to the house did not work the entire time that we were there, so we just left the door open the whole time.. It took us three hours to get into the home upon arrival. Then, we were sent back to the main office to go get parking pass that we were unaware we would need to get into the neighborhood. We paid to have the pool heated, but they charged us before it even got warmed up.So it was a hundred and seventy five dollars for a full day that we couldn't even use it. Then, they said they were shutting the pool heat off a day early. I proved to them that I paid the money for the full week and they agreed to leave it on. I communicated back and forth with the agency out of the country that is running this home almost the entire time that we were here, and it kind of ruined our trip. The price was good but would not stay again. The owners need to know how poorly this is being run.
