Beautiful pet friendly condo with an ocean view. Cleanest place I have ever stayed with my pet. Typically, I have to go in and clean because pet friendly rentals are not the best. We were so pleased with everything about this place. Great location and the patio had a beautiful view with great seating. Perfect for our morning coffee and evening reading. It’s only a partial ocean view but the grounds are just beautiful. We even saw deer walking thru. So many people had their pets but we never heard any barks and everyone cleaned up after them. It was just a perfect stay all around.
Charlotte loved looking over the resort.

Peaceful Area

Our stay was really nice here. It’s really hard to find a nice spot that can accommodate a mobility scooter and easy access to the beach. All except for easy beach access was good. However, there is a location about halfway into the resort that is easier to get someone with mobility issues on the beach. The room was clean, but could use some updating in the bathrooms.

We very much enjoyed the views from this unit. The complex is quiet and enjoyable. The only negative for us is the beach entrance which has quite a few steps. Otherwise everything was perfect.

This unit is very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the pool and fountains, and with a partial ocean view. ( Make sure shower sprays away from curtain, water tends to come out). The deck is a highlight as it is in the shade in the afternoon.

Not worth the money

The place is shooting for a 5 star stay yet it does not measure up for the very expensive amount of money they requested. The finishings in the place are clearly from the early 90's or 80's and I'm sure they were nice then, but its clear they don't put much back into the property to try and make it a 5 star experience. The bed was very hard and of poor quality. They have "perks" of bikes and umbrellas that is supposed to make the stay more enjoyable. They clearly use the cheapest rental place around, bikes sounded like they were about to break with each pedal, and the umbrella was very broken and could not handle any wind...... The location was very nice, easily walkable to the beach which was nice. They did not tell us that pets could not be on the beach (and this was a pet friendly listing) from 10 am to 4 pm (which were the best hours). I think after walking around the hilton resort for dinner that I would much rather have spent my money on a hotel room resort stay than to come back here again. When I discussed this with the property manager they did not respond to my concerns. The location was nice, but I will not ever return go to the hilton or westin resorts as it will be cheaper and much more comfortable/positive experience.

Ocean front advertised

This property is oceanfront, but it is NOT ocean-view. My top priority for a beach rental is to be able to see the ocean, and this unit sits back from the beach a ways and the view is mostly obstructed by trees. Very disappointed and would not rent if we had known that. The rent is way too high to not have a direct ocean view. Please advertise truthfully.

Gem in Palmetto Dunes, very dated condo

Location, view, pool, beach, garage, and property grounds itself is amazing!! The unit itself is clean and cute, but very out of date. Patio is great. Pet and Child friendly villa complex!! Bathrooms need to be remodeled. One nice thing was locker access in the garage. The property management company does not know the locker exists, from a renter is does. Nice to drop gear off close to beach pier. Pool is nice, but was crowded at times. Toilet is very loud. Can not say enough about the grounds of palmetto dunes, absolutely stunning. Because this is a villa of renters, many smokers linger outside and stink up the place. Nice option for beachgoers!

Lovely place to unwind

The ease with which I was able to book and check in was flawless! The condo was lovely, pretty clean, but I am a nut with cleanliness, so I cleaned further. Beautifully decorated. Nice view from balcony, you can see pool, lagoon, grounds, and the ocean (through the trees). Lovely! The bed was firm and comfy, and the furniture was nice. Fine layer of sand on velvet couch and the floor. Love the chair and umbrella and delivery too. Things close earlier than many resort areas. Overall, we would visit again and stay at this condo, for sure!

Nice week at beach

Really enjoyed the home. It was quiet and the neighborhood was beautiful. Easy access to beach and pool. Loved the balcony. I do think the place needs some updated lighting especially in the bedroom. The current lamps were dark and not cutting it. Overall I would rent this unit again.
