Nice condo

The condo was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. The downfall of this property is the beach access. The beach is not there the whole time because of the low tides. My family prefers to have the beach accessible at our convenance and the condo does not offer beach chairs or a wagon. We had to spend extra money to buy the chairs not knowing there wasn't any on the property and used them only once due to the low tide at that location. Also, we knew the condo was on the 3rd floor but was not anticipating 37 steps. None of our complaints are on the condo itself, but this should be in the description so others are aware.

Will never stay here again

This pleace charges you ALL these fees yet they font keep the place up to par! The outside pools water was cloudy and didnt feel clean. The hot tub jets didnt work and the infoor pool was like ice water. The location is great because the beach is walking distance. Thats the only good thing about this property. I had to cancel my rental because I was notified my day of check in that the internet did not work. And Spectrum wasn't able to come until Tuesday. I was staying from Saturday-Wednesday. I was not able to watch TV, use my phone to make calls, my kids could not use there electronics and I was not able to use my laptop to work. The area is a complete dead zone and we couldn't even use a hotspot. The communication with the representatives was horrible. I had to literally call and send messages and texts to keep on nagging for a refund during my whole trip. FINALLY they sent me my refund BUT they charged my $500+ for a ONE night stay which is absolutely absurd!!!! No internet, a dirty pool outside, and a cold pool inside and hot not working! I will be contacting the BBB about this issue!

Nice Property - Would stay again

Clean, bright, really nice space. 3rd floor but the stairs aren’t super steep so it wasn’t terrible and I’m out of shape. The outdoor pool was slightly on the smaller side but it had a deep end so my older boys had fun. The beach is a really short walk. If you’re wanting a beach to leisurely walk with calm waves and look for shells/wildlife, it’s great. If you’re wanting to lay out/jump waves, go to a beach like Coligny Beach Park. Overall, it was a nice place, quiet on the north side of the island but just a few minutes from anywhere.

Great place! We spent 5nites and very much enjoyed every bit. Lots of amenities. Enjoy the enclosed balcony a lot, no bugs to worry about and yet enjoy the outdoors in comfort. There’s a lot more birds here than anywhere in the island. Easy quick walk to the beach. Only one thing to remember there are no food items in the condo I mean not even salt and pepper. So be prepared to buy/get that too. Other than that we simply loved it.

The milage listed on VRBO Is Misleading, To Paris island, It's not 6.7 driving miles.

The property itself is exactly as it is stated. No elevator, it's on the 3rd floor. Price was great so no complaints. If you like very firm beds. You will be happy. I would rent this Property again, for a vacation the location to all restaurants was great for seafood. I would also carry a king & Queen mattress toppers. We were not on vacation. We were there to attend our Son's Marine Graduation on Paris Island. As I stated before the milage is misleading on VRBO to PI. Lock key was fabulous. They were on top of our stay. We have no complaints, with this being our first experience with lock key. The owners had a lot of extras for families with children. I was appreciative of the stock Appliances in the kitchen. I had forgotten my mixer at home, and was excited not to have to run out and purchase one. The things that mattered was clean and sanitized. I loved the indoor Spa! Sona, Hot tub, and Heated pool,They were kept very clean!! We enjoyed these amenities our last two days before our drive back home. The only negative. I'm OCD so to be absolutely picky 🤣The cleaning crew could pay extra attention to details such as dust just in both bathrooms the owner have glass shaves in both. I would be remiss, if I didn't add you are just a few steps from the beach. Over all we enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice place that some may say is dated. but for us ! It was a beautiful place to rest and recuperate after saying goodbye to our Marine !

Sunshine Villa Beach Fun

We absolutely had a great time at this location. The condo slept all 6 of us very comfortably. The place had a lot of little extras, pool floats, tennis rackets, beach toys, extra bedding, as well as weather radio, ipad and etc. This place had all the comforts of home. The beach in the morning was beautiful and just a few steps away. This place was a hidden gem.

Lovely getaway

My family and I hadn’t really taken a vacation since Covid. Staying at this condo was a nice getaway, and it helped us ease back into traveling post Covid. There was plenty of space from the other guests and the beach was so close and nice. We did venture out and mingle, but we could have easily had enjoyed our stay with very little contact with others.
