Good stay, only comment we were given option of 10th floor or 4th floor beach side. We selected 10th floor. Unfortumatly the air conditioning on the 10th (top floor) could not keep up. Room very damp and temperature was on the edge of tolerable. I wish the front desk would have mentioned that.

Good...but for the price could have been better.

Overall, the stay was good. The property grounds and surface parking were clean, tidy and easy to access. Staff were constantly working both indoors/outdoors to ensure the hotel and pool areas were clean. The oceanfront view was beautiful and even with loads of guests over the July 4th holiday, the room, hotel lobbies, restaurants, and pool areas were not overly loud. In fact, it was quite upbeat yet peaceful. The hotel is older and there were noticeable water pressure issues in the shower (would not maintain warm/hot water) and toilet (would not consistently flush) and both (gurgling sound in toilet when the shower was running)....all very inconvenient as there were 4 guests in the room....esp. mornings and night when guests need to be in the room. The bathroom did not have a bath fan so no fresh air when showering or if needed for the toilet. The freezer door on the mini fridge was missing so we were not able to cool any small items. Lastly, this is the only hotel where I've visited where the digital key was not set up properly. The digital key function worked before we checked in and as soon as we left the front desk check-in did not work the entire time. I called, texted, and visited the front desk in person to resolve and am absolutely certain they had no clue how to fix what seems to be a simple issue. Again, the hotel stay was good but with more modern and working amenities, it could have been much better for the price. Also, the spa/spa staff were amazing!

Not very handicap friendly. The prices on room service menu did not correlate to prices charged. Very hard to find your way around the property. Beach access often blocked by pool patrons. "Resort view" = view of parking garage. Multiple random charges showed up on credit card throughout the stay.

Overall, the experience was good. My only suggestion for the owners of this hotel is that they consider upgrading the rooms. We had an issue with the air conditioner leaking. I have never experienced this in any hotel. The toilet needs to be changed. It appeared at times that the toilet would not flush, but thank GOD, it did. Guests shouldn't have to wonder and hope if a toilet is going to flush. They were ran out of wash clothes during our stay. However, overall, there were no major problems with the hospitality and service that we received. The manager Jack was extremely professional, polite, and gracious. When I brought these issues to his attention, he immediately took care of it. Although the hotel needs an upgrade, I would still rate my experience with Hilton as good because of the hospitality and professionalism that the manager and some of the other hotel employees displayed.

Super friendly staff. Love that the beach wasn’t a long walk from the resort. Didn’t like the pool. There was no true “shallow” end so it was hard for our kids to swim in it and enjoy it. One of the elevators was broken which made getting to our room on the 8th floor take a very long time. Rooms could use some updating and the rainfall shower head had no pressure at all.

Hotel was right on the water. Location was perfect. The rooms were clean and spacious. Pool area was lovely. Lounge chairs were situated under trees with plenty of shade. Staff were extremely helpful. Shout out to Kitty the concierge who was very knowledgeable. We can’t wait to come back!

Check-in was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The property itself is beautifully maintained and very inviting. The only downside was that the outdoor pools were closed during our stay. Since we were only there for one night, that was a very disappointing.

This was our first time staying in a hotel in HHI and not a condo. We enjoyed it so much. The pool was so nice, and the beautiful view of the ocean from the lobby was wonderful.

Loved idea of a pool & bar with beach within walking. Some bar staff were helpful & personable, while others were not, a couple groups standing together talking therefore not very attentive to their customers. I would recommend better security, we just walked in any door from the outside without using a hotel key. Overall hotel, clean with great location. Resort fee- not sure what was any different than most hotels we stay at that don’t charge this extra fee.

I was charged for the hotel room 3 times. Once on Expedia, once at the hotel, and again after check out. Supposedly there was an issue on there end with my Expedia pre-paid booking. The said they were gonna do a 24/7 refund when we checked out. Great! Well we were on our 8 hour drive back home when we were charged for a third time!! I called and two transactions are being given back within 24/7s so let’s hope! Overall, the hotel was nice and clean and had lots of extra expensive activities and accommodations!
