Originally built in 1890 as a school house. Revamped into a cozy 1 bedroom + loft bedroom. Original bones with a touch of modern living. Large outdoor space with a firepit area. Property sits next door to a historic small cemetary. House is backed up to a wooded area with active train track. Patio has a table and chairs.
