Staff and service were exceptional! The crucial down point is the noise level. Soundproofing from the outside was really good, but not within the hotels. At nighttime, around 12 AM already, I can still clearly hear the noise of cleaning from other rooms, toilet flushes, door banging, and the staff talking to each other. My room was sprayed with a very strong mango scent, which is kinda too strong to be pleasant.

5-star hotel with world class sevices

Wonderful 5-star hotel conveniently located at the center of Saigon within walking distance to all major attractions. Services is the features of this hotel with wonderful staff whose always try their best (with smiles) to ensure our stay is comfortable. This is our 8 times in this hotel due to this reason. Looking forward to comeback next time.

Great stay in Ho Chi Minh City

Great hotel, staff really helpful and friendly. Excellent room and was upgraded to use the executive lounge with free drinks and dinner every evening. Very close to market and war remnants museum.
