Absolutely shocking experience with this hotel! Booked a few days in advance, got to the day and had no communication till literally around 2pm at check in, got there and had to wait in the lobby for someone to arrive (itâs a Vrbo) property that I hadnât realised, anyone once he arrived he told me I could only stay one night and not the 3 that I booked due to a problem with the room apparently! So said Iâll cancel as I didnât want to be moving again, it took an hour sitting and waiting to cancel, I had to eventually reach out to Expedia who didnât refund my card but gave me rewards points on my balance instead! Ended up having to cancel and find somewhere else at the last minute
