- Room is elegant. I like the style. - Lobby has a good atmosphere day and night. Nice cocktail and singing. - Pool is old fashioned, not connecting with any big wardrobe space. Specifically, Hyatt hotels never disappoint my family. As far as my family is concerned, Park Hyatt Saigon is probably one of the best we've ever stayed in. Being first timers to Ho Chi Minh city, we were privileged to enjoy friendly, professional and attentive staff from check-in till -out. The pool was amazing and poolside staff's awareness of our needs was very good. The area(s) around the hotel were very attractive and are well within walking distance for dining and shopping. Recommended for those wanting to enjoy a bit of luxury without breaking the bank.

Excursions very pure and prize high 5-10 times then any other company offer in ho chi ming. 3 hours excursions with almost no info and all the time hear how guide hated Americans for $300. They provide car where is walking distance 300 heaters for no reason. Etc…

Everything is perfect. Staff and general facilities are wonderful. Food and drink is superb. The only minor negative is the decor of the rooms is a little tired. Otherwise a perfect 5* hotel.
