Very clean room, facilities could have been better. No hand/body cream which is helpful to have in the room. Great location thought. Staff was helpful and got a little treat for my birthday. Which was a nice surprise.

Hotel with convenient location, clean and comfortable. The personnel are friendly and helpful. The only little thing is the car valet. It took almost 1 hour to get our car back when checking out to go to the airport. This is far too long.

Good distance from markets and town. Only bad point was that cleaners left other peoples socks in the room and a key card. Went to front office and they informed us that someone asked to make a copy of our room key at 2am when we were asleep. Stated they will call ua with an update but never received one.

Friendly and kind

Check in out were smooth and gave us some suggestions for a sightseeing, my mother left her glasses at the restaurant in the hotel yet kindly kept at the reception, we were very appropriate their care while our stay, I’m happy to come back to the hotel:)
