the room was excellent although the carparking area underneath the rooms was extremely filthy and was a smoking area and that smoke drifted into the open windows above. Pretty ghastly for non smokers. The rooms could benefit from some maintenance. but is not drastic.

Great motel

Small motel opposite Wrest Point. Bus stop very close with 3 or 4 buses per hour into city. I always choose water view for the double aspect, lightness.
