Overall this is a nice condo with nice furnishings, however when we arrived, first thing that greeted us was a notice on the front door warning us not to use the screened in porch deck as it apparently was in danger of collapse, and that if we stepped out there we would be responsible for damage. We missed are usual morning coffee and reading on the deck. Next, we were told there were ceiling fans in all the rooms, but there were actually only two fans in total, one in the living room and master bedroom of this three bedroom unit.
Lastly, ( having visited Branson almost yearly for the last 40 some years), this is the first condo we rented that before we left , the beds had to be stripped, all linens collected and and washed, and if time permitted to be dried. This policy appears to be part of the conditions of the security deposit return agreement.
In closing, I will say that the Emerald Point area has been our favorite location on the lake to stay during our visits to the Branson area.
