Loved the balconies and views! Enjoyed the hot tub! Great location - the Surf City area feels like home. Local fresh fish market, great lobster roll place, fishing pier, several local restaurants and coffee places Publix grocery store nearby. House was on elevated area of island which was great as there was a lot of wind and rain during our stay (flooding was not an issue).

Great house! Perfect for our family of 4 & dog. With 5 spacious bedrooms the house easily could have accommodated another full family. Lots of space and every amenity you could possibly need. Watching the sunrise over the ocean from the hot tub was very nice
The location is well in range of all the best restaurants (and of course door dash). We would 100% stay again. Thank you!

House was very clean, furniture and beds were super comfortable (for travelers of all shapes and sizes!), kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and beachfront location was perfect! Communication from hosts was perfect. There were loads of beach towels, a really nice washer and dryer, super comfortable and sturdy porch furniture, grilling supplies, and lots of beach chairs. Even though we didn’t use them, there is a ton of stuff for small kids—a permanent baby gate at the top of the stairs (where the living area is), a high chair, a pack n play etc.

Beautiful beachfront home

The house was perfect for a family. There was plenty of space indoors and out. The hot tub was a plus as were the spacious decks overlooking the ocean. The huge washer and dryer were convenient also. My daughter had a great time playing the piano one evening during a rainy stormy night. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to our needs.

Perfect family vacation home

Great layout, plenty of sofas and chairs and a large dining area for our family meals. Christine was very responsive to our requests for extra supplies needed for our group of twelve-thank you! Love the ocean view from the new deck. We also appreciated the gates at the tops of the steps since we had some little ones.

Great family getaway

My family stayed here for Mother's day weekend. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The location is perfect if you like to see the sunrise from the front deck. Private beach access was a huge plus. Only minutes from the restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Lives up to expectations!!

I gathered my family for a reunion and there was plenty of space for everyone! Right on the beach. Plenty of things to do if you get tired of those gorgeous views. One day was super windy but we took to the hot tub

Great location for a family vacation

Enjoyed a 3-generation family vacation here. The house has lots of space for kids and adults to hang out inside or outside on either of the decks, both of which have great ocean views. Stocked with plenty of towels (including beach towels) and several beach chairs and toys. Foosball table was a plus! We love Topsail Island and this location was convenient to restaurants in Surf City and Topsail Beach — by car and bicycle. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay!

You can't beat this location! It was wonderful to be right on the beach. We enjoyed our morning coffee and happy hour on the deck watching the ocean. The house was perfect for our college reunion long weekend. Great floor plan for a large group and the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend!

Great Stay!

This house was perfect for two families: 6 teens and 4 adults. Gave both adults a king size, front ocean master, a hot tub, and so close to the ocean you can watch your teenagers on the beach without even leaving the porch. 😂 not that we did that often. Big open space on the top floor gave plenty of room to play, relax, eat, etc. Porch was amazing for sitting and listening to the ocean, watching the stars, or just grabbing a drink while watching the ocean. The house is stocked with extra beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas just in case you need something. The extra fridge downstairs gave us plenty of room for extra food and drink storage. If you’ve never been to Topsail, it’s definitely a smaller more compact beach. Not commercialized and most everything is off the main road so it feels like lots of traffic and a bit cramped. You get use to it fast. It’s a nice 1.5 mile run or walk to the bridge which was a nice morning exercise! Had one issue while we were there which the hosts solved almost immediately for us, no complaints there. We would stay here again.

Awesome house

Family and two little dogs gathered from three states. The house is beautiful. The windows facing the beach were not clean on the outside but that’s probably because we arrived on an extremely windy day. The elderly parents stayed on the upper deck and watched the rest of us on the beach. There were toys and beach chairs (a couple were broken but we used them as they were). The only thing not provided (and we forgot) was bath soap but there is a local grocery just right of the roundabout toward the beach. There is plenty of parking available and a well-stocked kitchen (spices, pots, pans, dishes
