Fun in the Sun

We loved the house the location is perfect. The house is so big loved the elevator it was so nice not having to carry stuff up stairs. Plenty of room for a family we had 8 of us so we had lots of room to spread out. They had wagons and beach chairs and umbrellas. Which was so nice but I wish it was on web site so we didn’t bring ours. Also we had ants everywhere we cleaned them up but they came back I called and told them about the ants no one got back with us. I would definitely recommend this house we loved it

Nice House, Great time

We had so much fun staying here! The house is super close to the beach, which was perfect. We definitely recommend renting a golf cart—it made getting around way easier and more fun.The house itself is really nice and had everything we needed, but there are a good amount of things that could use some repairs or updates. That being said, it didn’t ruin our trip at all, and we still really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful trip

The house was exactly as described. Short easy walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of pool and beach items that we could use. The wagon was great for toting it all to the beach. There were umbrellas, chairs and sand toys for the kids. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Sweet Home

Great place to stay for group of adults and or kids. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Close to Manatee Beach. Pool was small but nice. Rented bikes and golf cart. Does have a lot of stairs. Had a great time.

Nice place to stop but doesn’t have everything when it comes to the kitchen pan pot lots of money

The house was nice but needs to be updated we come down every yr 2 times and sometimes 3 times a yr stayed in smaller house less the money for has everything you need.

Perfect family vacation stay

This property was perfect for our family vacation with six adults and two children. A very very easy walk to the beach, groceries and other stores, and stops for the free island trolley. The house was huge and well maintained with everything we needed and many places to spend time together. No toiletries or spices etc., but this was fine as it was communicated ahead of time. The rental company was very communicative and easy to work with. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Bad management

House was nice and great location. Pool heater broken the whole time of our 2 week stay. Hot water tank not working well either. Came a week later to replace. Hot water was scarce. Two broken lounge chairs by the pool. They did replace only one. Lost cable tv after a week. The management Anchor Down vacations was very rude to us when it came to fixing the pool. Albert who works in their office wanted to argue about getting the pool fixed for us. He was very difficult to deal with. Nice house but would not rent again because of management company.

Loved the “Pink” house!

Overall, we feel it was a great bang for our buck. Minutes away from shopping, food, and beach. Very much appreciated they had beach accessories and 2 wagons to help carry items. Would stay again for sure.

We loved the PINK house!!!

Our stay at the Pink House was so nice! It was clean, well stocked and only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island! We will recommend to friends, and be back ourselves!!!

Great location for the perfect beach location

We had a family reunion at Holmes beach and some of us stayed at this location. We had plenty of room for everyone in the bedrooms and living spaces. The owner was very responsive when we reached out to him for one issue. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and an easy walk. They had beach wagons to use which helped a lot. It is also only a few blocks from the grocery store which was very nice. Overall a great stay!

Great Location

Walking distance to beach/grocery store/shopping. Wagons/beach chairs/umbrellas available for use. Plenty of towels. Beds could use new mattresses. The king in master w/ fireplace sunk in the middle. Bedding could be updated in that master as well. A/C had a hard time keeping as cool as we prefer. Grill wouldn't light, opted to use oven instead. Elevator is a bit tricky to use as well. Overall pleasant stay.

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Very close to beach. Traffic on the island can be an issue at times. Pool and patio area is nice. All rooms in house were very spacious. Would stay again.

Great house

We were very happy with the size and location of the house. It was very clean and Kristi was very accessible and easy to communicate with. It had everything we needed! The only complaint we had was the lack of seating in the living room. For a house that sleeps as many people as it does, we had wished it had a big sectional or more seating in the living room. It has a small couch and two chairs so to congregate and watch tv, we had several people on the floor and even brought patio furniture inside. I still give this house 5 stars, it didn't take away from our stay....it is just a suggestion and would have been nice. But overall a GREAT property and we had a wonderful time!!

Perfect Location for a beach stay

The location was perfect. The house was super clean and a great experience for our family. We could walk to Publix, to beach restaurants, and even the public beach. There was lots of beach equipment leftover which we were able to use for easy transportation to and from with our gear. There is also a trolley stop very close to the house if you want to explore other areas of the island. They were VERY responsive and helpful when we had questions. Loved our stay.

Great house and location

House very clean. Very spacious. Pool was great to have. Close to grocery store. Due to the virus, we prepared a lot of our meals at the house instead of eating out, so more cooking preparation pans were needed. More space for dry food storage. Also, was unable to use grilll due to a broken burner pipe inside the grill. Beach was not overly crowded. People in the house behind ours were very noisy continuing into the early morning hours (2:00 - 3:00 am.)

Fantastic home and location

This place was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults (2 couples) and 3 kids. The place was plenty big enough and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The multiple balconies also allowed everyone to have their own space if they wanted. The kids loved the pool which felt more private bc of the surrounding trees and the beach is a VERY short walk (5 minutes with a 6 yr old). It made heading over to watch the sunsets a breeze. Nicole was extremely responsive to everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend this place.
