Ungebetener Besuch um. 05.15 Uhr im Zimmer
"Ich war vom Zimmer positiv überrascht. Im gebuchten Zimmer (Nr 301) befand sich ein grosses sehr bequemes Bett. Die Minibar mit 2 Mineralwasser, 1 Bier und 1 Sekt war kostenlos.
Leider funktionierte eine Steckdose mit der Nachttischlampe nicht.
Grosse Überraschung war früh morgens um 5.15 Uhr, als plötzlich ein fremder Mann (wohl Partygänger) in meinem Zimmer stand.
Wie kann so etwas passieren, dass ein Zimmer doppelt vergeben wird? Meine Schlüsselkarte funktionierte auch nicht mehr.
Die Dame um 7 Uhr an der Rezeption war ratlos.
So etwas ist mir in 50 Jahren reisen noch nie passiert.
Ansonsten war es ein guter Aufenthalt und ich werde wenn ich in Zvolen bin, erneut dort übernachten.
Vielleicht kann mit ja noch jemand von der Geschäftsleitung erklären, wie Zimmer 301 um 5.15 Uhr am frühen morgen trotz Belegung schon wieder vergeben wurde. Eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung."
