We fully restored in March 2018 the home of the painter Jean Dries who lived in this magnificent building from 1936 to 1961 fully restored and divided into 3 apartments.
You will be on the 2nd and last floor with a superb view ...

Apartment of 50 m2 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room.
In the heights of the Ste Catherine district 5 minutes walk from the Vieux Bassin, the historic district and the city center.

Our accommodation has 2 independent bedrooms each with its bathroom and 2 toilets.

You have in the largest room called "parental" a bed of 160x200, two bedside tables, a dressing room and an office area and its bathroom with double sinks, large mirror, heated towel rail and shower, separate toilet.

In the small room called "children" street side, with a 140x190 bed, you have a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a bathroom with a sink, towel, toilet and shower.

The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: electric hob 3 burners, hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers Nespresso & filter, kettle, toaster, cookware, vacuum cleaner.

In the living room there is a bar table with 4 stools, a club sofa, 2 club chairs, a coffee table, a TV cabinet and its 80cm television

you also have a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment.

You have a breathtaking view of the roofs of Honfleur, St. Catherine and St. Leonard churches and the Normandy Bridge!

Great property within walking distance to restaurants and shops

We stayed for 2 nights prior to boarding our cruise and enjoyed the location of the property where we were able ti walk everywhere. The only downfall is that there are two sets of spiral steps to get to the apartment. It was hard dragging our suitcases up the stairs. However once in the apartment, there was a nice view of the town.

Lovely Apartment, Magical View

Our host was very hospitable and responsive, meeting us at the property to check in and out. The apartment looks even better in person, and the view of Honfleur below is incredible. We loved the cool breeze coming through the windows in the morning and evening. The church bells rang from breakfast to bedtime and stopped overnight so we could sleep. Parking was a challenge, but we were able to load and unload baggage at the door before parking the car elsewhere. Be prepared to walk but the time passes quickly strolling the winding and narrow cobblestone streets. We loved our visit and hope to stay here again when we return.

Honfleur

The rental was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We three very much enjoyed our stay. We would have liked to make breakfast in the apt however we couldn’t find a shop that sold food. I suggest that you let guests know that they need to shop outside of Honfleur in order to get supplies. Otherwise a five star accommodation from every standpoint. All the best, Denise

Lovely stay in Honfleur!

We had a really lovely three days in Honfleur! The flat was in a recently renovated building, just a short walk up from the harbor. Parking was a little crazy (several streets blocked off and not reflected in Google Maps), but we found a spot in a nearby lot and caught up with Delphine, who showed us inside. Decor was lovely, bathrooms nicely decorated, and we loved the welcome we received! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Florence! Note to guests: If you stay over on a Saturday, there’s a wonderful market in the streets! Fair warning though, even more roads blocked than normal.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, auch Emilie ist für alle Fragen da. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Wege ins Zentrum sind kurz. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern der perfekte Comfort. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz haben wir 2 Straßen oberhalb gefunden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Honfleur

Wir waren 1 Woche in Honfleur. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist immer wieder schön zu erleben wie mit Liebe zum Details ein älteres Haus modern saniert und ausgebaut wird. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss und der positive Eindruck von den Bildern hat sich nur bestätigt. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Beim Essen kann man den grandiosen Blick über die Altstadt genießen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief problemlos per WhatsApp, Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert mit der Schlüsselbox. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat auf uns einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Ist absolut empfehlenswert. Alles in allem: 5 Sterne und Daumen hoch. Viele Grüße an Florence

Très bel appartement bien situé et superbe vue sur HONFLEUR

Appartement magnifique et au calme. Très bien situé à 5 min du centre historique. Vu panoramique au 2ème étage sur la ville, la mer et le pont de Normandie. Tout se fait à pied. Bouteille de cidre local offert à l’arrivée très appréciable. Seul petit bémol pour décharger les bagages à la va vite devant l’immeuble et pour aller se garer assez loin si vous ne voulez pas payer le parking.

Bellissima casa in bellissima città

Casa in posizione centrale, vicino a tutto. Parcheggi a pagamento e non nelle vicinanze. Casa pulita ed in ordine, ristrutturata da poco, fornita di ogni necessità (stoviglie, elettrodomestici, biancheria, saponi, the/caffè). Gentilezza e puntualità nella consegna e nel ritiro delle chiavi.
