Stayed here just for 2 night. They upgraded us to suite which was nice. The bed was just a queen and was super hard. The hotel is dated, but clean. For a short stay this place is fine, there's a grocery store around the corner. There was no fridge though, for a suite we thought that was weird.

Staff were great and helped with everything we needed! Room was very clean and we had an amazing view! Had all the amenities we needed and was very easy to find. The only downside was the mattresses, they were very hard and quite uncomfortable for someone who likes to sleep on soft memory foam.

Good sized room (1504) for HK. Quiet, spotless and cleaned daily. Bath and shower. Firm bed like most in HK but a mattress topper was quickly provided. Helpful and courteous staff. Very fast Housekeeping response for iron and board plus minor sink plug issue. Fridge, safe, kettle, toiletries. Good lifts. Well served by taxis, good 12a bus service for downtown and supermarket nearby. Free Zoological & Botanical garden a few mins walk away.

Best view from hotel room but location is not walking distance to get to restaurant or central. But there is 12A bus with 6 hong kong dallars takes to get entral frequently. Very easy to nevigate. I loved
