The property is great and your central point in Wan Chai, your virtually 5 mins away from the MTR and tram system. Theres a great choice of shopping either in the plaza or down onto the high street that has a great western style too. Not only that your close to the side street of Hong Kong market which is fantastic. It's accessible the hotel location to travel or walk to causeway bay or admiral. The property is fantastic, clean and very modern. Aside the property the hotel reception service, valet to the house keepin aree extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is highly recommend if your staying on Hong Kong island and personal would be rebooking on our next visit.

Conveniently located in Wanchai area. Lots of restaurants nearby. However, getting in and out of the hotel is rather inconvenient as you will need to change elevators. Service isn’t top notch. Before arrival, I have already communicated via WhatsApp that we have booked 7 rooms ranging from 3 nights to 8 nights and are bringing my parents from Canada to Hong Kong to celebrate my parents 70th wedding anniversary. I mentioned I hope they will make this a memorable event for my parents. However, that isn’t the case and the experience is only average.

This is a rather new hotel (Dec 2024) in Hong Kong in an older building Hopewell centre. I like the decoration of the room, very warm and contemporary. The view is very nice, I had a nice mid level high-rise view with a bit of the harbour. Both morning and evening view is stunning. Staff was very attentive and well manner. Daily cleaning of the room is also good. Buffet breakfast had a good varieties and food was tasty

Due to multiple entry points to the main hotel lobby, it was a challenge to find the reception desk the first time. Having one designated elevator to the hotel's main reception desk from the Hopewell Centre would be helpful. The signage to the Hopewell hotel was not clear when guests were inside the Hopewell Centre. The escalators and elevators to the front desk and assigned guest rooms were not straightforward. More information about hotel amenities for guests, such as hours of operation, location etc. should be accessible within the rooms (Chinese and English). The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially the housekeeping and the concierge desk.

Beautiful rooms with 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer. Excellent showers/tub. Well lit everywhere. Air conditioning can be adjusted to your liking. On top of a mall and a really great grocery store. Pickleball courts at the mall with open play. The staff is very helpful with taxi, wine opener, lighter comforter. Gym is very nice. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and metro. Breakfast could be better compared to others on our trip. Highly recommend this hotel.
