Room is compact and aged. We at least got a room with ocean view on 28th floor but windows were not clean to have clear view. Toilet is oriented perpendicular to the bath tub with only few inches of leg room making it hard to sit on the toilet and difficult get in and out of the bath tub. There is no light close to the face sink making difficult to shave. Cleaning lady will knock your door if you forget to put out do not disturb sign. Since the do not disturb and make room up are similar in color wordings, our room was not made up even we had the proper sign up. Hotel is close to subway entrance A1 but it is at least 6min walk to the train from entrance.

The hotel room was very old and dated. The bedding and pillows had a smelly odor, and the entire room also had an unpleasant smell. The location is great, but this hotel really needs to be renovated.

My room was shabby: an old carpet, tatty furniture, makeshift sealant round the sink. Very noisy pipework. Breakfast also poor, eg no muesli or yoghurt, tired coffee. I would rate this 2* or 3* only and suspect the hotel will need refurbishment soon.

This is a budget hotel. Yes, the room is small. The building is old. However, the location is very good. Both subway, tram, buses are within minutes of hotel. The neighborhood is typical residential commercial mixed use where local people shop and eat. You can find fancier and better shops and restaurant an easy ride away

Nose from Air conditioner too loudy make me sleep bad, clean staffs sometimes no show. Shops & parks are nearby are best Due the suddenly Typhoon came, I want to stay more 3 days behind but their staff refuse, actually I knew the price may different or higher.Finnally ,I booked the same hotel from another agency. So bad , they do such businesses
