The location was perfect we were beach front, a short walk to the beach was well worth it. The property had options to rent beach equipment so it made it very easy and convenient for us. We had a beautiful view of Diamondhead and the beach.

Great place to stay, very conveniently located next to beach and walking distance to shops/food. Loves being able to freely grab towels for day trips whenever needed. Do not recommend valet, people who used it had long wait times for their car each day. Instead park at Honolulu zoo, 3 minute walk away, pay for 4 hours and get a text later to extend for up to 20 hours at a time.

The location was perfect. We had a partial ocean view room and the view could not have been any better. I loved that the elevators were set up with key cards and assigned specific elevators. Therefore, they were very few people in one elevator at a time. The room was somewhat small but big enough that we were comfortable. We will definitely return to the Twin Fin Hotel.

The valet, Eddie, damaged our rental vehicle (dented so hard that the paint chipped and it went down to metal) and threw a temper tantrum that would rival my 2 year old nieces when we asked he fill out a damage report. Aside from Eddie making us question humanity as a whole, the stay was fantastic and convenient to everything!

Pros: location is great, it's Ina walking distance to many shops and restaurants, beach is the cross the street, free beach chair and umbrella rental is included , staff is friendly Cons: building is very old, with cheap and already outdated updates, balconies are tiny, with no room for a chair, there was mold in the bathroom, bathrooms are very small. Hotel has only one restaurant with below mediocre food. pool is way smaller than in a picture, always full of kids , we didn't get into the pool once. Parking is very expensive, but there is no free parking in Waikiki hotels. This is not a hotel for families , honeymoons or romantic getaways. It's an ok beach hotels if you are ok to swim in a super crowded beach in an artificial lagoon full of sunscreen and pee.

Old property, needs complete renovation, our ocean view was on 5 th floor which was overlooking the roof and just the top of the ocean view and palm trees. so we were not liking it . Their elevator system is confusing and takes forever to get the elevator. There were multiple crowds of people always at the elevator access

The resort fees and parking fees were a surprise when we checked in . That added another 1k to our bill we weren’t prepared for . The hotel itself was nice for the money . We enjoyed the pool and restaurant and the room was nice and gave us a balcony to over look the beach . I would definitely recommend.
