The pool was so windy, we couldn’t stay. The infinity pool was freezing. We did use the regular pool but kids everywhere and froze once we got out. The pool should be on the ground level to eliminate the fierce winds.

Prince Waikik was Closed to Ala moana shopping center and should not miss the Shabuya hot pot in the mall. The food was amazing fresh and different kinds of beef slices and side dish choices and the price was so reasonable.The food land market and the food court were great. Alco there were other very good restaurants nearby Ala Moana Mall. Dont forget to enjoy the dinner buffet at Prince Hotel. It was delicious but not too many choices like other dinner buffet. Our room was on 25th floor so the ocean view was besutiful, nice and quiet.

Their reservations team is not actually a part of the hotel. They are a third party company. They didnt have correct info when we called to plan our expenses and this resulted in unexpected charges. I wish all information was the same across all employed parties.
