we love the spot cause can walk access to wakiki beach. Hotel stuff are so help me out my parking problem and i met the one of Japanese manager is wonderful.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Location is great. Only problem is it is very loud around that area at night and the only way to drown out the noise is to run the A/C all night. If it shuts off you hear everything outside. Other than that I would stay there again

Service was excellent! No hidden fees, very professional and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay, clean room and we were greeted by a towel animal and chocolates! The beach equipment/ towels were life savers! In one instance, I forgot to apply sunblock and front desk provided some, super generous! Prior to our stay, I read reviews and people complained about the karaoke bar, street noise… I mean the hotel is a street away from the beach and it’s a high traffic area, you’re getting what you pay for. Parking was at another location, still walkable as the hotel had sold out. No problem or issues. We parked at Waikīkī Banyan, walkable distance. No big deal. If you’re a traveler, you’ll enjoy your stay, if you’re more of a vacationer and only staying at the property/ resort, I would not recommend the stay.

This is the 2nd time i stayed in this hotel, it's a clean little hotel that is near the beach and shopping center, the staff are really good and helpful. I will definitely stay again.

It’s was okay but if you try to sleep you can’t because beside the building there another building that’s makes so much noise and people honking you can hear everything I was on the 7 floor and man we heard everything so loud but the price was worth it very much so the workers are so nice it’s was cool tho and really you come here to stay for a few nights not living here for good it’s not a apartment you know it’s was nice but if you trying to get sleep and feel rested don’t book here me I will book here again I liked it it’s affordable very much affordable

It was a cute room, clean, had frig, coffee pot and microwave such a plus. However, the tub had no plug to have a tubi, and the shower knob, did not work fully. So half water drsined from spout while lil made to shower head. The shampoo dispenser was empty. It did come with a free hawaii calendar and an awesome postcard to welcome you.

Staff are wonderful; exceptional. Room was immaculately clean, bathroom too. Location great. Lack of internet and functioning electrical outlets in the room were challenges trying to book a trip. However, the lobby provided secure internet. Much ambient noise from the karaoke bar, traffic, and people bleeding through unclosable bathroom window. Loud a/c helped filter the noise so it wasn’t too bad. Room temp great. Free coffee bar in lobby. Has elevator!

Wasn’t able to extend checkout due to flight being a little pushed back and wasn’t going to the airport till 9 hours later. I asked 3 days prior awas told to ask the day of and that I would be able to pay an extra fee to extend but was told no when it came time. But they could hold our bags which helped a little while we walked around 8 hours
