Property not as advertised on their website. the bed had zero support/requires replacement. bathroom door does not open fully as sink is too close to door. a larger individual would not fit period. staff are as pleasant as they could be, genuinely attempting to appease vacationers. Towels were plush / clean. AC & fridge worked fine. would not recommend for daily rate charged.

Our "STAY" at the Stay Hotel was good for our needs and budget. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice to have a karoake bar on premises. 2 drawbacks were the AC needs to be upgraded and the windows in the these old buildings don't keep the heat or noise from construction from making the our time there excellent. It was nice the hotel provided beach blankets, boogie boards, chairs and free laundry. So, if your on a budget and you want to be 2 blocks from Waikiki beach, this is your place to "STAY"

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Short walk to the beach. ABC store right next door in case you forgot to pack anything. Trolley stops and bus stops nearby. They have a washer and dryer for the guests- that was a major convenience. 10/10 would stay here again.

Never again!

I believe that the hotel is extremely old. It could possibly have been an apartment in Waikiki, then converted to a hotel. The photos that are reflected on hotels.com, and also their website are entirely different than what you experience. Perhaps the price they request per night is comparable to what you receive is OK, but I will never book there .again. Too old! We stayed only one night
