Room was clean and cleaning lady was nice. If you stay on the side of city view you will be woken up everyday around 4-5am by giant semi trucks. Male concierge needs to work on his customer service skills. DVD player was broken and we never got it replaced.

Rooms need to upgaded, bed very hard. Housekeeping was not changing the sheets, toilet keep ru ning at night and being stopped up. Breakfast was awful. We booked a tour thur the hotel was told things that were not part of the tour.The bus for the tour broke down leaving us stranded on the highway for an hour in the heat when we complained to the hotel that said call the tour company. Just a horrible experience on our vacation. Definitely will not recommend the hotel nor the tour company.

The good: the location was excellent and easily accessible to the main strip which made getting around very convenient. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. You were within reasonable walking distance to higher end shopping and food but close enough to McDonald’s and ABC stores. The bad: the free breakfast doesn’t have any meat. It’s a variation of rice, salad and eggs. No pancakes, waffles, bacon, etc. Additionally they advertise they have ocean view rooms when in actuality, they have PARTIAL ocean view rooms. Had I known that, I would have booked a regular room. Because you’re facing hotels on every side, you have NO privacy on the balcony.

The location is close to the everything you need. The beach is about a two minute walk. There you can swim, sunbathe, or surf. The local restaurants nearby have excellent food. The International Market Place and mall are about a 10 minute walk from the resort. It's truly a one stop vacation spot.
