I stayed at the Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Instead, Iāve been left frustrated, disappointed, and without answers. Over a month ago, I used the hotelās valet service to park my car overnight. When I got my vehicle back, I discovered that a pair of very expensive designer glasses had been stolen from inside.
I reported the theft to the front desk immediately, expecting the hotel to take it seriously. Unfortunately, that hasnāt been the case. Despite multiple attempts to contact management ā through calls, messages, and follow-ups ā I still havenāt heard back from anyone in charge. Itās been more than 30 days, and Iāve received absolutely no updates, apologies, or resolution.
Itās unacceptable for a hotel of this reputation to ignore a guestās serious concern ā especially when it involves theft under their care. I trusted the Arlington with my vehicle and belongings, and they failed on every level: security, accountability, and basic customer service.
I will not be returning, and I strongly warn others to think twice before using this hotel ā especially their valet service.
