The stay was very nice with only a few minor flaws. We liked the outdoor sitting area to have beers and watch the sunset, but the fire pit was broken. We had a leaky AC and a noisy bathroom fan, but those were minor. Construction next door, but no real issue. Very nice stay but I have to say.....The drivers in Hot Springs ARE CRAZY DANGEROUS!!!

Our room had constant noise from the vent since middle of night so we can’t sleep. We went front desk file complain. The front desk told us it’s no problem. We just need to turn on the fan! Unbelievable! The guest need turn on bathroom fan to sleep? They knew there is a problem for that room, why they still rent to us? Terrible room, altitude and terrible services. We will never trust holiday Inn.
