We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It's beautiful, spacious, and great for our big group. We loved hanging around the fire pit. chilling in the big common area, and cooking in the kitchen — and of course the setting on the lake couldn't be beat. The stay was really great but we did have a couple of small notes. First, the fact that leave only a "starter pack" (toilet paper, dishwashing soap, etc.) was a little strange. We appreciated that they communicated it in advance but still found it quite odd, and note a great guest experience that we had to go out and buy our own toilet paper (one roll per bathroom for a multiple day stay is not enough). Never before have we stayed in accommodations that did not supply these basics (at least toilet paper, if they wouldn't supply enough dishwashing items for the weekend). These are items that are easily acquired in bulk, and it's not like guests are going to run off with them so it felt strange as a guest to have to go out and buy items that have been provided in any other place we've stayed. The second thing was that we could not find a hair dryer. The listing says one is provided, but a search of multiple bathrooms did not turn one up. This is another standard amenity that feels pretty necessary, especially in a house with a pool where guests will want to wash their hair. It's a minor gripe, but something we wanted to point out nonetheless. If staying here (which we still highly recommend) bring your own hair dryer.

This house is so beautiful and amazing!! 10 out of 10!! The kitchen is designed for large parties. 2 of everything (sinks, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, ice makers) Plenty of tables and chairs for dining. The view is spectacular! They thought of every detail in the design of this home. Also it was immaculate. Everything was very clean. The host Roxanne is very personable and lovely to work with. Looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect home and location for Cousins Reunion

We had an amazing week at this wonderful property. Perfect place for our cousins reunion with people ages 3-54. The house set up was perfect with a large gathering/ dining area and bathrooms for every bedroom. Morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the balconies over looking the lake were so peaceful. We enjoyed our time floating in the pool and lake as well as enjoying the many yard activities and games. The location was so convenient with easy access to hiking, downtown area and family or historical activities. Additionally, there are numerous options for grocery and other stores about 5 miles from the home which made for quick reloads for food, beverages or supplies. Roxanne was an excellent host. Very responsive and provided great information. Highly Recommend!!!

Perfect home for our Group!

We were 15 family members from 2 states, including 6 children under 6. This home was perfect for our stay! The kitchen was awesome with 2 of everything (2 microwaves, dishwashers, ice machines, refrigerators, ovens, sinks!). Perfect for a large group. Everything was very clean and all bedrooms were beautiful and very accommodating. We absolutely loved it! Kids were in the pool every day and loved the putting green and turf field as well. No complaints! Would love to stay here again!

Annual Golf Trip

This was a great house for our annual golf trip. Only 30min drive over to Hot Springs Village for all the golf you need. Great setup and plenty of sleeping room for 12 guys. Highly recommend this house. We will be back.

Priceless family time

We were all in town from all over the nation to celebrate our mother graduating law school. We haven’t all been together in years, due to deployment, school schedules, and just life. This was a perfect location for us!! There were enough amenities that we were free to just visit and play and all the good things. Every family had their own room and bathroom. It was perfect! Annual Family Trip

This was the perfect home to accommodate our family of 18 on our annual trip to Hot Springs for the horse races. The main level had ample space for playing games, cooking, dining and entertaining. A bonus was the beautiful outdoor area for swimming, golfing, grilling and sitting by the fire pit. We really enjoyed having our own space for sleeping with a private bathroom for each couple. This was the BEST location close to the track and shopping. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Nutty Buddies Retreat

We are a group of friends that meet up twice a year. This house was so beautiful and exceeded our expectations! The kitchen
..everything we needed was here! When the stamp of approval was given by a Food Network alum, you know you booked the right house! Our accommodations were top tier! We have never booked the same house twice but everyone wants to return. So, see you soon Hot Spings and our favorite rental in the 6 years we have been traveling together.

Everything in abundance!

The house had everything, plenty of rooms, seating, double ovens, double refrigerators, double DISHWASHERS! Every room was immaculate and designed for comfort and fun, with great lake views and so many amenities. Great Place!

New Property in great shape. We loved being on the lake with the boat dock and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This house is better than the pictures. The views are fantastic and the location is near downtown. I would love to come back again.

Amazing!!!

This house is absolutely amazing! We were here for a week for a family reunion (16 adults and 6 kids, ranging in age from 86yo to 3 mo old) ). This property has everything that you would want and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances and lots of pots and pans, dishes, etc
 The elevator makes it friendly for those who have impaired mobility and is great for getting the suitcases up to the upper floors. The beds were really comfortable, even the bunkbeds! Having a washer and dryer on each floor that has bedrooms was extremely convenient. The house is perfect for kids of all ages and having the boat dock available was awesome when we rented a boat for a couple of days. The air conditioner in the house was fantastic, which is important in Arkansas in July. We really can’t think of anything wrong with this property. Our only suggestion is that if you are sleeping in the bunk room, bring some long extension cords if you want to plug in your phone and have it next to you on the bed (no outlets near the upper bunks). We especially want to mention that Seth, the property manager, is extremely responsive and really friendly. We have had family reunions multiple times all around the country, renting large houses like this, and this was by far the best rental we have had. We are already planning our next reunion and plan to come back here!

Great house, perfect location

We had a large group of 4 families. Ages from 1-75. This house was perfect! Plenty of room, lots of things to do at the house if you want a break from the lake. Close to restaurants by boat and a short drive to downtown Hot Springs! Seth, the property manager was very responsive to any questions we had! Definitely will be back!
